Helping You to be Independent at Home

As we age, we begin to require increasing levels of care and assistance in order to carry out normal activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and eating.

A unique Care Plan Pack takes into account your abilities and will be delivered with empathy and the utmost of care and respect at all times. As capabilities change over time, the Care Package will be updated to specifically reflect any new requirements.

Needs vary from individual to individual, but typically, senior or elderly care needs include a combination of personal care and social care services such as:

  • Getting up and going to bed
  • Dressing and undressing
  • Showering/bathing
  • Medications
  • Shopping
  • Collecting pensions/benefits
  • Communication with friends or family

In some instances, it may be appropriate to update Care Plans to include our expert Dementia Care services.
