Is our Well-Being Check Service Right for You?

Have you checked on mum or dad today? Sometimes it is only possible to make a phone call and with today's busy lifestyle it can be hard to find the time to do the things that really matter. Checking up on your loved one can be time consuming and fitting in regular visits can be a challenge, but that doesn't mean they need to miss out.

Regular checks and monitoring is the best way to ensure that your family member is managing OK and living a good quality of life. Our professionally trained carers can pop in and visit with your loved one as often as you need, checking they have all they require and feeding back to you any important information. This well-being check service helps keep them living independently for longer and leaves you free from guilt knowing they are safe and cared for.

How We Can Help You

Your family members needs will be unique, so your care plan should be also. We'll work with you to assess how many visits you need each week and create a well-being check plan that's just right for your situation. Like all our care plans, your well-being check service is completely flexible and can adapt in line with your changing needs. We offer a fair pricing policy with no extra charges for weekends or bank holidays, so you don't have to compromise on care just because of price.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Well-Being Check Service

A well-being check is designed to take place at any time between the hours of 10am and 4pm. If you wish to have a regular, set time then this would need to be allocated as a time-specific home care visit which can be arranged for you.

Because all our staff are fully trained in all aspects of care, they would be able to respond immediately to your mums needs. We would of course inform you and if required we would be able to offer additional support for either a short or long term period.

Affordable personable monitoring can be offered at £10 per day (e.g. £70 for a seven day a week service)

The best way is for you to have a key safe installed outside your home. This is a simple, inexpensive job and is by far the securest way of gaining entry. However we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements with you if necessary.

The aim of the visit is to ensure that all is well and for some social interaction to take place. This normally lasts around 10 minutes but could be longer if the need arises.

Contact us on 01485 570611 or 01603 898623 and one of our friendly team members will discuss your needs.
