We employ over 150 social carers who are supported by over 20 office staff and wherever possible we promote within the organisation, with many of our managers progressing through the company in this way. If you’re working as a carer and you’d like to gain new qualifications, you’ll also have the opportunity to gain a Diploma in Health and Social Care.

The Recruitment Process - How It Works

When you apply you’ll be asked to provide us with two referees and an enhanced DBS check will be completed. This must happen before your employment starts but we will cover the cost of it. Once your application has been accepted and your DBS check cleared you’ll be able to complete your training and start working right away.
