Yes. All our carers receive training in the use of manual handling equipment, so they are able to assist you fully. If your equipment is unusual or unique then your carers will be happy to receive instruction on how to use it.
Yes. By working closely with other Healthcare Professionals we’re able to access specialist training for complex needs. This training would be completed before we start to care for you, so you can relax knowing your carer understands how to manage your specific needs.
Yes. We are very knowledgeable when it comes to specialist equipment and would be keen to help you choose and locate the right solutions for you. We may be able to source some of this equipment for you free of charge too.
